Text Box: 15th February 2008 - Events page updated for 2008. 29th July - Photographs from the excellent event at the Folk Park. 18th February 2007 - Successful training event at the Folk park, pleasantly surprised to see that people had remembered the skirmish drill. Second training weekend 4th - 5th May. Also French and Indian Wars event at Easter. 21st January 2007 - AGM held in Bangor heritage centre. 16th November 2006 - 2007 July event at the Folk Park confirmed as the 4th - 8th . 22nd July 2006 - News that the 4th July event next year will be the ACW period. Re-enactors from the US, Germany and England have already expressed an interest in traveling over. 6th July 2006– End of a successful week long event at the Folk Park to mark their 30th Anniversary. Thanks to our friends from the HDGM whose foot drill was awesome as the Ansbach-Bayreuth regiment, to New France Old England & of course the 1st German Iroquois group. 29th January 2006– We will be having the AGM in Bangor. 17th December 2005– Premier of the film “Brethren In Arms” at the Queen’s Film Theatre. The Film is a Docudrama on the 1798 Rebellion and features the Minstrel Boys.
